Terms of Service

1. The service
BizPath Partners LLC ("BizPath", "we") provides a free business valuation and a paid subscription (Basecamp) that includes app access, a ranked improvement plan, weekly progress reports and re-valuations.
2. Subscription and cancellation
Basecamp costs $249 per month, billed monthly in advance. It renews each month until you cancel. You may cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month, and fees already paid are not refunded.
3. Estimates only; no reliance; restricted use
Nature of estimates. All valuations, value ranges, value-gap figures, projections, scores and recommendations provided through the platform, reports, emails or other communications ("Estimates") are prepared with software tools and artificial-intelligence-assisted analysis from information you supply, and are for your internal planning and educational use only.
Not an appraisal or professional advice. Estimates are not an appraisal, a formal business valuation, a fairness opinion, or legal, tax, accounting, investment or financial advice. We do not audit or verify the information you provide, and Estimates may contain errors, omissions or inaccuracies.
No permission to use as a listing or sale price. We do not authorize, and you agree not to use, any Estimate as a listing, asking, offering or sale price for your business or any of its assets, or to present any Estimate to a prospective buyer, broker, lender, investor, court, government agency or other third party as the value of your business or as having been prepared or endorsed by us for that purpose. Any such use is at your sole risk and is a breach of these Terms.
Formal valuation required. A formal valuation by a qualified, independent appraiser or business broker is required before you list, sell, finance, transfer or otherwise transact in your business. Consult your own attorney and CPA before any such decision.
No guarantee of results. Projections of value or earnings growth are illustrations of what may be possible. We do not guarantee any valuation, earnings, sale price or outcome.
Release and limitation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release BizPath and its owners, contractors and service providers from claims arising from your reliance on or use of any Estimate, and our total liability relating to Estimates is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the three months before the claim.
Indemnity. You agree to indemnify BizPath against third-party claims arising from your use of an Estimate in breach of these Terms.
4. Your information and AI
You authorize us to use the information you provide, and your activity in the app, to prepare your Estimates, plan and reports, including through AI tools and service providers we use to operate the service. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
